    Brief description of the programme/project/Initiative :

    Common service center ( Maha-e-Seva ) project which is a part of NeGP is the program due to which many of the changes are expected in the rural part development.All Government services required for the common people on regular basis are provided to the common people very close to there Village.CSC is the Key factor between Government & common people.

    Why was the project started :

    The said project was started for the more facility availability for the common people & to save the cost & time,Motive is to deliver the common & regular services required to people at the door step or close to there Village due to which the time & money both are saved. also this is going to help a lot to increase Quality of the government services & make the system more efficient. also to make the system more user friendly.

    Objective : Reach to the extreme rural parts for more proper communication.

    1. Very easy access to common people for the query in G2C
    2. Very user friendly for common people & owner also
    3. Save the cost & Time of the common people for the G2C requirement
    4. Also helps a lot for the Government officers to work more efficiently as there load is diverted through this CSC centers.
    5. Due t this project the many hard els are kept far away from the common people
    6. this project is changing the face of rural parts
    7. Project is helping to educate the common people for the Government services
    8. People are more happy for this project as they feel that Government is very close to them & very helpfull
    9. Now the mind set of the common people is changing about the system & excepting the new away of communication with Government
    10. This is going to help a lot to develop & educate the common people to increase the Reach of there thoughts & help Government to Support them.

    List the 5 achievements of the programme/project?

    1. Arranged the Senior Citizens camps for the distribution of the Senior Citizens Cards at there own villages
    2. Arranged the Awareness camps in different villages in my territory for all G2C services Info.
    3. Arranged the camps for all G2C services in villages along with all Government officers like Tahsildars,Circle officers Etc. for the delivery of various certificates required to common people on same day & same place.
    4. Arranged School Certificate camps in various schools to provide all required certificate for the students in school itself.
    5. Keep doing the awareness for common people about the CSC center & services available for them.

    List the 5 key challenges faced while implementing the programme/project/initiative :

    1. Start of the program people were not excepting the concept,but we keep on giving the services due to which slowly each one started to trust
    2. People did not trust the CSC center due to no awareness,i tried my best to convince them by giving the proper service along with the proper communication.
    3. Ground level officers were also not more aware about the project,so we didn\’t get more support from them,but slowly with the proper communication we started to get the support,today we are getting more support from each one. them.
    4. Common people & also some local level politician used to doubt on me as like a fraud,but after showing them the proper documentation,they all started to support.
    5. many problems were faced in process of G2C services like required documentation for the required certificate etc, but after the proper training from Spanco as well as Tahsil office every thing was strim lined.

    List the 5 points how can the programme serve as a model that can be replicated or adapted by others?

    1. Best service to common people in proper communication
    2. Increase more services required to common people
    3. Make this CSC center as more user friendly to communicate or reach to government.
    4. Along with the income this project can also serve more to extreme rural parts to educate the people.
    5. Helps Government to reach to the very extreme bottom line people to increase & develop the country & people mindset.

    1. More user friendly system
    2. can make ore easy access to common man for the required things in government system
    3. Till date i am in top 3 performer to deliver the G2C services in my Kolhapur District
    4. I have recived 3 time the certificate from RDC for the best performance
    5. Delivering the service & info to common people for more them our official timing.
